The World of Normal Boys Scaling the wall to this world of normal boys
Where they always get the girl
and nothing upsets their perfect world
and the 'have nots' and the 'has beens'
are not seen in this manly dream
Where the colors are just slightly too bright
and 'All Temperature Cheer'
won't cover up these tarnishing stains for long
Just a quarter cup of bleach
Last nights sordid activities
are out of reach
Next weekends festivities
can be researched and planned
Privy to this world of normal boys
Where they adjust themselves in public
and measure their masculinity
by way of the lowly pubic hair
If there is nothing on top of your head
Well, you'd be better off dead
Go to church on Sundays and recite your prayers,
Mimicking like a parrot just to fit in...there
Don't glance around like your neighbors
Measuring up and weighing in
All for the sake of appearances
Don't you ever get tired,
trying to fit in?
There is nothing quite normal
about blatant hypocrisies
It's fine by them, but not for me
As long as no one gets hurt
It's never alright to be dragged through the dirt...
